OMG easy and oh so yummy! I found this recipe folder up and crunched in the back of my recipe box. Glad I did a little organizing and found it. The recipe calls for sautéing and cooking and boiling...forget that! Take all the ingredients and dump them into a crockpot and 6 hours later all you need is a blender for your perfect soup. (As shown in the picture my 2 1/2 year old daughter took...no joke)

Greek Yogurt Pancakes
My kids can seriously eat some pancakes. So, I am always looking for a healthier way to make them. My friend Mandy found these and I couldn't wait to try them. They were awesome. I did tweek it a little myself. Instead of flavored yogurt I used plain and added 4 packets of Truvia; I used a white wheat flour; and two egg whites instead of an egg; and if I would have been thinking I would have added a 1/4 c of ground flax to it. They were light and fluffy and didn't weigh you down like regular pancakes. We'll definitely be using this recipe again.
