• Greek Orzo Salad

  1. Cook pasta with Peppermint tea bags. Rinse with cool water
  2. Add remaining ingredients and toss
  3. FOR DRESSING: Whisk together lemon juice and mustard. Add oil in slow stream, whisking until emulsified. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Toss with Orzo salad.
  5. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
